Implement complete, archive, and delete options in Ian OS

Next action: Design the item completion flow with archive and delete options, referencing OmniFocus's implementation

In the productivity app which we are calling Ian OS there should be a complete option that when checked archives the item or has the option to fully delete it if confirmation is given. I liked the way OmniFocus did it.
